about your data.

This notice covers the OpenFloor marketing site at opnflr.com and the applications and pilot requests submitted here. It does not cover recordings or accounts in the separate contributor application.

What you share

Both forms collect your name and email. Contributor applications also include your country and iPhone model. Robotics requests include your organization and the goals you describe. Please do not include sensitive personal information, confidential datasets, or credentials.

Why we keep it

We use your submission to review your request, consider pilot participation, and contact you about it. Submitting a form does not create an account or add you to an unrelated marketing list. We do not sell your submission or use it to train AI models.

Where it goes

Vercel hosts this website and processes web requests. Form submissions are stored in OpenFloor’s Supabase database in the United States. Cloudflare provides domain DNS services. Access to submissions is limited to OpenFloor’s authorized operators and the service providers needed to run the site. If you email us, our email provider processes that correspondence.

Technical information

Hosting providers may process request information such as IP addresses and browser details in their operational logs. To limit automated submissions, the form service uses a one-way identifier derived from your network address; the lead record does not store your raw IP address. This site does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics. Forms keep a temporary submission identifier in memory to prevent accidental duplicate requests.

Retention and your choices

We keep requests while assessing them and handling related follow-up. Abuse-limit records expire after one hour and are removed as new submissions are processed. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your submission by emailing hello@opnflr.com. We may need to verify that the request is yours. Provider backups may take additional time to expire.
